1 General Terms

6 Gaming Rules

Famx BD-'s games are conducted fairly and transparently. Every game outcome is determined by an internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator).

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void.
• If a bet becomes stuck due to a technical issue, it will be resolved within 24 hours.
• In Live Games, the dealer's decision is final.

• If your internet connection drops, your game session is saved and you can reconnect and continue.
• Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be reported to support within 48 hours.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Famx BD We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or close any account at any time, for any reason.

When Your Account May Be Closed

• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Self-Exclusion
